Inspection and control of construction sites

– Regular inspections:
Conducting regular inspections of construction sites to monitor the progress of work.
– Material inspection:
Quality control and compliance of construction materials with project documentation and regulatory requirements.
– Technical inspection:
Assessment of the condition of load-bearing structures, engineering systems, and other construction elements.

At this stage, regular inspections of construction sites are carried out to ensure the correctness of the work performed. This stage includes:

Regular inspections: Technical supervision specialists conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections at the construction site. The quality of the work performed and its compliance with the project documentation are checked.
Material inspection: Special attention is paid to checking the quality of building materials and their compliance with project requirements, as well as regulatory documents and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Materials are checked on site or in laboratories to ensure their suitability for construction.
Technical inspection: Inspections of load-bearing structures, engineering systems (water, electricity, gas), and other building elements are carried out. Specialists conduct visual inspections, measurements, tests, and testing of key structural elements.

Work progress control

This stage includes constant monitoring and control of all stages of construction work:

– Control of the schedule and scope of work: It is checked that all work is carried out according to the schedule and in accordance with the requirements of the customer and regulations.

– Technical checks: Control is carried out over compliance with construction technologies, as well as the correct use of materials.

– Recommendations for eliminating deficiencies: If deviations from the project documentation or regulatory requirements are identified, instructions are issued to correct errors.

Documentation and reporting

Documentation is an important part of technical supervision. It includes:

– Preparation of acts and reports: After each inspection, detailed reports are prepared reflecting the results of the inspection, as well as indicating violations, if any are found.

– Work log: All identified deficiencies and measures to eliminate them are recorded in the work log.

– Maintaining documentation for the customer: All data is transferred to the customer for control and progress tracking.

Final stage

The final stage includes final inspections after the completion of all construction work:

– Final inspection and acceptance of work: A detailed inspection of the entire facility is carried out for compliance with project documentation and regulatory requirements.

– Signing of acceptance certificates: In case of full compliance with the project requirements, acceptance certificates for construction work are drawn up.

– Documentation for commissioning: The necessary package of documents is prepared to obtain permission to commission the facility.
