Project support under EIA methods is the process of controlling and supporting construction implemented within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Shared Participation in Housing Construction”. It begins after the Customer receives permits to attract equity holders’ funds and is aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of obligations provided by law, as well as contractual conditions. This process covers a set of measures aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of obligations and includes:

– control over the implementation of construction stages — monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality of work with contract conditions.

– ensuring interaction with equity holders — informing participants of shared construction about the progress of work, changes, and possible adjustments in the project.

– documentary support — collection, preparation, and verification of all necessary documents, such as permits, acts of completed work, reports, and others, to comply with the requirements of the Law.

-monitoring and control of the financial part of the project — support and payment processing (verification of supporting documents for the intended purpose of payment), accounting for funds in terms of equity holders’ money, own and borrowed funds of the Customer.

Project support under EIA methods helps reduce risks for equity holders and ensures transparency and control at all stages of construction, which contributes to the timely completion and transfer of objects to participants in shared construction.
