RC “Pokolenie Phase 2”
Pokolenie Residential Complex is a large-scale project by BI Group, located in Astana, at the intersection of Kabanbay Batyr Avenue and Syganak Street (E-10). The complex combines elements of comfort and business class, offering a variety of housing options for different categories of buyers.
The territory of the complex is closed and guarded around the clock, ensuring safety and comfort for residents. The courtyard has children’s and sports grounds, recreation areas, as well as an underground parking lot for 565 cars. For the convenience of residents, video surveillance, electric locks, and IP intercoms are provided.
Completed works
Planning and organization of technical supervision:
Development of a detailed supervision plan, establishment of key control points and inspection schedule.
Inspection of building materials:
Regular quality checks of building materials, confirmation of their compliance with project documentation and regulatory requirements.
Control over the execution of construction works:
Regular monitoring and control over the quality and volume of completed construction works, including foundations, walls, floors, and engineering systems.
Recording and elimination of violations:
Identification and recording of deviations from the project and construction standards, development of recommendations and control over the elimination of identified violations.

Maintaining technical supervision logs, drawing up inspection reports and final reports on the progress of work.
