We are looking for an energetic and experienced specialist ready to join our team and contribute to the implementation of large and significant projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out technical supervision of construction and installation works and acceptance of completed facilities from contracting construction organizations;

• Participate in the review and approval of changes in design solutions arising during construction, promptly resolve issues of replacing materials, products, structures if necessary (without reducing the quality of construction projects);

• Study the reasons causing delays and deterioration in the quality of construction and installation works, take measures to prevent and eliminate them;

• Participate in the preparation and signing of acts of inspection of hidden works and intermediate acceptance of critical structures;

• Carry out technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and facilities, prepare the necessary technical documentation;

• Control the quality of elimination of deficiencies and defects by construction organizations within the established time frame;

• Monitor the implementation of your instructions entered in the technical supervision log;

• Submit a report on the status and progress of construction of the facility to the GASK authorities on a monthly basis;

• Perform individual assignments of the Head of the Technical Supervision Department related to the competence of technical supervision.
