Engineering Services Completed Technical Supervision at ЖК URPAQ (Comfort Lite Class), Atyrau

Engineering Services successfully carried out technical supervision at the URPAQ residential complex, a Comfort Lite class project in Atyrau.

URPAQ is the first residential complex in Atyrau offering apartments with developer-finished interiors, setting a new standard of convenience for residents and reflecting the growing demand for ready-to-move-in housing solutions.

Particular attention was given to architectural and functional features of the project. The balconies in URPAQ are designed not merely as additional square meters, but as personal outdoor spaces for relaxation. Their modern design integrates seamlessly into the building’s architecture, ensuring privacy, comfort, and the opportunity for residents to personalize their space with furniture, greenery, and décor.

The complex also includes a well-developed courtyard infrastructure:
