An off-site seminar on the implementation of KPI and IDP was held at the Kyzylorda–Zhezkazgan road reconstruction project

From May 12 to May 14, an off-site seminar dedicated to the implementation of KPI and IDP was held within the reconstruction project of the republican road “Kyzylorda–Zhezkazgan,” section km 216–314.

The event was organized to improve management efficiency, develop a system for setting and evaluating results, and establish a unified approach to individual employee development within the project.

During the seminar, participants discussed practical approaches to implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as well as tools for developing Individual Development Plans (IDP). Special attention was paid to linking employees’ personal goals with project objectives, increasing management transparency, and fostering a performance-driven culture.

The off-site seminar made it possible to combine theory with practice, discuss актуальные вопросы внедрения новых управленческих инструментов directly in the project environment, and develop a common understanding of the next steps.

The implementation of such initiatives helps strengthen the project management system, increase team engagement, and create conditions for more effective achievement of project goals.
