Engineering Services is participating in the reconstruction project of a section of the republican highway “Kyzylorda–Zhezkazgan,” financed with the involvement of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and implemented in accordance with FIDIC standards.

Today, international FIDIC standards are being introduced at the state level in the country and are widely applied in the road and construction industries. These standards aim to enhance transparency of processes, improve project management efficiency, and reduce risks in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
FIDIC regulates the interaction of all project stakeholders, ensuring a clear allocation of responsibilities as well as quality control at every stage of construction. Such approaches are already being implemented by the Committee of Roads of the Ministry of Transport and the national operator KazAvtoZhol in a number of road projects in Kazakhstan.

As part of one such project, the construction of a highway is underway, where Engineering Services acts as a sub-consultant for construction supervision. The company carries out quality control of the works performed, monitors compliance with design solutions and technological requirements, and ensures that construction meets established standards.
Thus, the activities of Engineering Services reflect the company’s participation in the implementation of infrastructure projects using international standards and modern approaches to construction management.
