On April 29, the official opening ceremony of the “PIT STOP” facility for KOMATSU heavy-duty dump trucks took place at ERG Shubarkol Komir. Within the framework of this project, Engineering Services acted as a project management partner.

The opening ceremony was led by M.B. Mukhamadiyev, General Director of KOMEK MACHINERY Kazakhstan LLP, the official distributor of KOMATSU in Kazakhstan, as well as Mimura Jumpei, Fukuta Hideki, and S.K. Abzhanov representing ERG.

As noted by Malik Akishev, Project Manager at Engineering Services, “Despite certain technical and logistical challenges that arose during the construction phase, the contractor successfully addressed all issues. We have gained significant experience that will allow us to scale similar projects at remote mining sites.”

Arman Kulseitov, Head of External Projects, emphasized the importance of building such facilities at mining sites in order to ensure prompt servicing of specialized equipment and its uninterrupted operation for the Client.

The result of the completed work was a high appraisal from the Client. At all levels of management, satisfaction was expressed with the quality of Engineering Services’ work, while the technical оснащение сервисного обслуживания KOMATSU left a strong positive impression on ERG representatives.

The successful implementation of the project and the official opening ceremony of the facility confirmed the effectiveness of the selected solutions, the quality of management, and the coordinated work of all participants involved.
