Responsibilities:

– Carry out technical supervision of construction and installation works and acceptance of completed facilities from contracting construction organizations;

– Participate in the review and approval of changes to design solutions arising during construction, promptly resolve issues regarding the replacement of materials, products, structures if necessary (without reducing the quality of construction objects);

– Study the causes of delays and deterioration in the quality of construction and installation works, take measures to prevent and eliminate them;

– Participate in the preparation and signing of acts of inspection of hidden works and intermediate acceptance of critical structures;

– Perform technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and facilities, prepare the necessary technical documentation;

– Control the quality of elimination of defects and deficiencies by construction organizations within the established time frame;

– Monitor the implementation of their instructions entered in the technical supervision log;

– Submit a monthly report on the status and progress of construction of the facility to the GASK authorities;

– Perform individual assignments of the Head of the Technical Supervision Department related to the competence of technical supervision.

Requirements

– Having a certificate in engineering networks would be an advantage

– Higher education

– Experience as a foreman, engineer, or supervisor is welcome

– Confident PC user
